I 'am so sorry Patrick

I have been crying since 2pm today. I punched up American HERO'S company overstock.com
and it was trading at $13.98

Today I'am ASHAMED to call myself American. Today I cry tears of RAGE and I will cry those tears till overstock.com and all other American securities trade by the laws of SUPPLY and DEMAND .

I really am ASHAMED of myself . I was telling a friend the other day of my long standing battle
with naked short sellers[March,1994] She told me I was insane and then told me to LOSE her
number. She and the many others have been right all along. I have been fighting since 1994
for a small AMERICAN company named Viragen. Naked short sellers have ravaged poor
Gerald Smith's American dream and now they got their "sights" set on Patrick Byrne ?

Overstock.com was trading at just under $30 last week at this time.

WHAT HAPPENED ??

The answer to that question is simple = IT'S HUNTING SEASON IN OSTK's MARKET

-Our elected officials ALLOW this to happen
-Our Securities Exchange Commisson ALLOW this to happen
-Our President and his Republican "capos" ALLOW this to happen
-Our Congress ALLOWS this to happen
-Our Senators ALLOW this to happen
-Our newspapers ALLOW this to happen
-Our magazines ALLOW this to happen
-Our television and cable stations ALLOW this to happen.

I feel a certain "kinship" with Patrick. One because I'am a cancer survivor like him and two

I have been on hold now for about ten minutes. I called again put on hold again[4min 34 sec]
and transfered to investor education line. I left my number. Lets see if they call me back.

Galina is right. I should be ashamed of myself for not gaining ANY "traction" in my 15 years
fighting naked short sellers. If I was successful I could have saved my friend Patrick and his
shareholders from these American TERRORISTS !

My only traction in all these years lost are my letters to you the American investors. Please
help me DEFEND Patrick .
