AND THEY SAY WE HAVE A STRONG ECONOMY ?? Look at all the lay-offs and consoladation in big business ? The excuse they use for the lay-offs is to preserve marketshare. ARE THEY KIDDING ?? People are starving here on Main Street and our "elected" officials seem fine with that . This "stimulis-package" Bush and his henchmen are pushing is like putting a band-aid on a DEEP wound. What do you think is going to happen on Wall Street this week ? More vicious volotility ? MR BUSH SETTLE THE DAMN MARKETS NOW -THAT WILL STIMULATE OUR DREAM ! I am at the point where I may soon have to work for food and barely have a roof over my head. This is all happening to people like me while Private Equity[P.I.P.E's] and Hedge Funds are making UNGODLY amounts of money. They are making all this money by putting mid-size and smaller business in counterfeit markets.This means they are selling YOU the American public/investor something that DOESN'T EXIST and they are getting away with it. Anyone that goes to one of these RIDICULOUS primaries MUST ask this bunch of new canditates WHY DON'T YOU STOP THIS BANKRUPTING OF AMERICA ? That is the name of a new movie with Daniel Day-Lewis[great actor] I write this to tell you
truth and fiction will soon meet on Wall Street and it will be bloody. In a "figurative" sense of
course.

Myself and my "team" of ordinary Americans have a BIG SURPRIZE for Private Equity[P.I.P.E.S] and Hedge Funds. We will soon have a way to EXPOSE their "wrong-doings"
for the masses to see.These financial TERRORISTS will very shortly be exposed as the
"TRAITORS" to America that they are.

Yesterday the markets were down 465 points to start the session and today down 200+.

ALL BROUGHT TO YOU BY DE-regulated markets !

Simply put- If you have money like these private traders you don't have to follow ANY
rules and regulations. But, if you are from the working class or poverty striken you have
to follow the rules by the book or be sent to jail.

Dr Martin Luther King who was a TRUE American PATRIOT and one of my heroes is
DEFINATELY "spinning in his grave" at this INJUSTICE. Equality doesn't exist in today's
America.

Yesterday was my birthday just days after Dr King's birthday and I spent time "reflecting"
on the last 14 yrs[March 94] of my life.I have been lost in this Wall Street "MATRIXX."

If you have "phantom shares" in your portfolio your portfolio is deemed WORTHLESS !

If you buy a stock and your broker places an I.O.U instead of a real share in your account
he/she has bought you nothing. Your brokerage "owes" you the stock so your account remains
"unsettled" The LAWS of settlement[T+3] don't apply to private equity and Hedge Funds.
So, what happend to your money ??

If Hedge Funds or Private Equity lends a company $40 million for research[secondary offering]
it should stick to the laws of the Act of 33-34.

Company gets $40 million minus expenses to research the next "best thing" What would happen if they were allowed to sell more then that alloted amount of stock in return ? Say
they sold $400 million worth of stock into that company's market DESTROYING company
marketshare and dream of success ?? This is all ILLEGAL but it happens daily on Wall Street.
Looks like phantom shares are now trying to destroy the NYSE.

14 years of my life have been lost and I may be broken but I refuse to break. I have gone from
hunted to hunter. I fight daily for FAIRLY TRADED MARKETS and if it takes blood then that
is what we will give them. We will "turn the tables" and financially KILL THEM ! Those in the
"gated community" are very scared of us. They are leveraged out to the "hilt" and when "margin
calls" come they have automatic "buy-ins" We can financial BURY these that have tried to bury
us.

Main Street America you have more power than you think.

You may spend your days working very hard.Blood,sweat and tears of trying to just survive
in today's America keeps you trapped in this MATRIXX like me,like all us ordinary folks. Our
