Democrats won the Senate so Senator Richard Shelby is OUT OF HERE as Senate Banking Chair.

Christopher Dodd will be the next Chair and "set of eyes" observing how troubling this "rule of
law" in our "one party" Kingdom has been .

Senator Shelby you were quoted many-MANY times saying we that saw this INJUSTICE were
"kooks" and there was no such thing as Naked Short Selling .

REALLY ?

- What about Liz Moyer of Forbes and her "naked" columns about this National concern ?
-What about Investor Business Daily and their now weekly columns on Naked Short Selling ?
-What about Ex-SEC Chair Harvey Pitt speaking in Forbes about the naked short sold Nasdaq Markets ?
-What about current Chair Christopher Cox speaking now of the DANGER to our markets being
hijacked by "phantom" shares ?
-What about Emilia DiSanto of Senator Charles Grassley's office ? Her skull was cracked open and needed
NINE STAPLES to close ?

Isn't it sad and sort of obvious ? This woman works for the man trying to SETTLE the American
Markets ?

We should think about sending a warning to Chris Dodd and his staffers to be on the "look out ?"
