I have been crying since 2pm today. I punched up American HERO'S company overstock.com
and it was trading at $13.98
Today I'am ASHAMED to call myself American. Today I cry tears of RAGE and I will cry those tears till overstock.com and all other American securities trade by the laws of SUPPLY and DEMAND .
I really am ASHAMED of myself . I was telling a friend the other day of my long standing battle
with naked short sellers[March,1994] She told me I was insane and then told me to LOSE her
number. She and the many others have been right all along. I have been fighting since 1994
for a small AMERICAN company named Viragen. Naked short sellers have ravaged poor
Gerald Smith's American dream and now they got their "sights" set on Patrick Byrne ?
Overstock.com was trading at just under $30 last week at this time.
WHAT HAPPENED ??
The answer to that question is simple = IT'S HUNTING SEASON IN OSTK's MARKET
-Our elected officials ALLOW this to happen
-Our Securities Exchange Commisson ALLOW this to happen
-Our President and his Republican "capos" ALLOW this to happen
-Our Congress ALLOWS this to happen
-Our Senators ALLOW this to happen
-Our newspapers ALLOW this to happen
-Our magazines ALLOW this to happen
-Our television and cable stations ALLOW this to happen.

fighting naked short sellers. If I was successful I could have saved my friend Patrick and his
shareholders from these American TERRORISTS !

First of all Eddie/Darren... please stop signing off "your friend".... You are not my friend. Secondly, you really need to get some help. Get over the fact that Tony and I stopped Viragen. It would not have come to market in time to save you anyway.
You have no economic intelligence genes. You lost everything in USXP, much more in overstock and your friends all know you are mentally ill.

I really don't understand your admiration of Patrick Byrne. He has constantly lied to his shareholders about Overstock's financial condition.
What's more, as their CEO, he has personally overseen the destruction of over $200 million worth of his shareholders' equity.

Overstock's 10-K's and 10-Q's demonstrate conclusively that he's a liar. They furthermore provide all the evidence anyone needs to identify the culprit responsible for Overstock's shareholders getting thrown into a tree shredder.
Byrne has wrecked that company. The noise he makes is intended to do just one thing: deflect blame for what he's done.
