As I've been telling you for years now, I'm unconcerned by unsettled trades because they have no bearing on what's taking place at the corporate level with these companies.
The entire issue of "naked short selling" is nothing more than a smokescreen used by crooked promoters or managers to distract attention away from their misdeeds.
What we've seen from the likes of Richard Altomare at Universal Express, Rodney Young at Eagletech, Gary Valinoti at Jag Media, and all the guys at Viragen clearly prove my point. I don't need to "spin" anything when the data support my argument.

I've always had a lot of fun hanging out with you, going all the way back to our days on Mark the Faulking Idiot's boards. And I'm not BSing you when I say I'm sympathetic to your plight. I'm dealing with cancer, too, so I know how hard that is.
For one thing I will give you credit, Darren, is the energy and passion you bring to a topic... even when you couldn't be more wrong about what's happened to you and the people you've put into these horrible investments. Some day you're going to wake up and figure out that you've been ripped off by people like Valinoti, Young, and Viragen's management. The difference between a counterfeited stock certificate and a "naked short position" becomes most apparent after a transaction is completed. A person who counterfeits a stock intends to walk away from the trade with no ongoing obligations, leaving the contra party to their trade stuck with a financial instrument that's wothless.
On the other hand, a naked short seller recognizes the contingent liablity they've created by entering into a naked short positon, and continues to honor that contingent liability until the position is covered or otherwise closed.
