A Happy New Year to all those in the "gated" community

Also hoping for a very $$$$$$$$ 2008. I would also like to wish all of those up there on the hill in the "gated" and protected part of America a Happy New Year as well because it will MOST CERTAINLY be your last. Eat,Drink and be merry this New Years because 2008 will be your worst nightmare. From start to finish. FAILING TO DELIVER SHARES OF STOCK TO AMERICAN INVESTOR WILL SOON BECOME OUTLAWED !!!!!!!! Nonsense. In 1934 after the first stock markets crash rules were set in place to assure "orderly" markets. IT is called The Securities Act of 33-34 and by law a stock MUST be delivered to a buyer in 3 trading days[T+3] SO WHY HAVE OVERSTOCK.COM SHARES [ticker-OSTK] been on the "Regulation SHO" list "undelivered" for 669 day. I thought stocks had to be delivered in 3 days ? RegulationSHO is just more "cover" these criminals[SEC] give to those in the gated community to continue to FAIL TO DELIVER what you have paid your HARD -EARNED money for. Today on Wall Street ------------------------------ You send a check to your brokerage firm. That check clears. The money is now absent from your checking account. If they do-not have your shares of stock in your account in that 3 day timeframe they have committed-wire fraud -mail fraud securities fraud So if Overstock.com shareholders are 666 days without delivery, where did their money go ?? Think long and hard about this. If you bought a car would you pay for it and not drive away with it ? If you bought a house would you not live in it ? Of course you would.The main reason is they are "tangable" assets. You see them,feel them. What has happened to all that "unsettled" Overstock stoc ? And if it wasn't paid for--- WHERE THE F-CK IS MY MONEY ?? Since Wall Street buys your assets[stocks,bonds,mutual funds] electronically how do you know they exist like your car and house ? YOU DON'T ONLY ONE WAY TO BEAT THEM Ask them to PROVE to you that they purchased what you requested by "delivering" the shares to you. By law in the securities act they have 7-10 business days to grant your request. Study the "battle" they put up not wanting to deliver your shares.I got my broker fired for giving me the phone number "upstairs" and that "boss" was furious that I was asking for my shares and asked me how I got the number.Screaming at me. Why was he so upset ?? WAIT TILL YOU SEE HOW "upset" THEY GET THIS YEAR ! God Bless you American investor. Your "ship" will FINALLY come in this year.
