THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE COMMISSION IS A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!

In an Oct 18th interview Chairman Christopher Cox stated " The SEC is first and foremost
a Law ENFORCEMENT agency ."

He MUST be joking with a statement like that ?

-If this was the "Gong Show" he would be GONGED !
-If this was Laugh-In he would be LAUGHED out of office
-If this was STILL an American Democracy he would be in jail !

What Laws does the SEC "enforce ?"
